II just
wanted to tell you what a wonderful dive trip my friends
and I had this past weekend. Suzanne, you were very
pleasant to talk to, and accommodating when you learned
the airlines had misplaced my dive gear. Tony, it was a
pleasure getting to
meet you on Sunday, even though we didn't get a chance
to dive with you. Carlos was a wonderful dive master. He
was very fun, yet very patient and professional. He
really helped calmed the fears of one of our divers in
my group and showed him how
wonderful diving can be.
Thanks again!!
We can't wait to plan our next trip with ya'll!

island. The conditions were great, apart from a little
current at times
and of course the bad current we experienced at the

working.

times that lie ahead. I know quality will survive and
that is something

Hi Suzanne:
I just wanted to convey my thanks to you, Tony, and
Clemente.
It's not easy for a person with claustrophobia and a
fear of heights to
dive, but I did it. I did it ONLY because Tony and
Clemente were gentle,
encouraging, and patient. Really...they were
unbelievable...pep talks,
hand-holding, the whole bit. Both of them went way above
and beyond the
call of duty, and, as a result of their kindness, my
diving experience was
one of the most spiritual, joy-filled events of my life.
I'm hooked and
I'll definitely be back for more. Please relay my
gratitude to them both.
Also, if ya'll ever need a reference or anything, it
would be my privilege

Hey guys, how are ya......You know Suzanne, we were
hoping we would get to
see you while we were there, but I never figured it
would be at the airport
with you banging on the glass with a fin in your
hand......You don't know how
appreciative we are for all your troubles, you really
didn't have to do
that......but, I told Charlotte she now has no excuse
not to go diving in a
lake with me before winter gets here.....you know what,
she said OK.....She's
really getting into this diving.....Reagan loved it as
well and Riley, let's
just say he'll be back ready to go as soon as
possible.....I think he was
already missing his buddy Luis on the flight home....he
had a great time and
I appreciate you letting him come along for the
ride.....I rushed to get my
pictures developed Saturday and you know what.....for my
first time, they
weren't bad....if I can figure out my scanner at home
I'll try and sent you
some.....the night dive pictures were pretty cool
too....several eels, two
lobsters and two octopus, not bad.....again, thanks for
another wonderful
week on your fantastic little island and I promise you
we'll be back before
too long.....we'll be anxiously awaiting the news of the
newest Castillo....

Dear Tony,
Just wanted to thank you for the incredible dive trip
last month. I was
so impressed by you and your crew's attention to detail.
You made it a
memorable dive experience for everyone. We are
considering a trip back to
Cozumel in November, probably the weekend of the 24th.
Would you be
available? I am not sure how many will be in our party,
but I will let you
know.
Also, Cindi Roessler and I are thinking about coming in
September. We
are going to see if Peter can join us.

WOW!!!!!! That's the first word that I can think of
regarding my last
trip to Cozumel. I have been to Cozumel on 13 occassions
and have
dove with other dive operators. Fortunatley, 13 was my
lucky number
because I find your shop before arriving. The service we
received was
beyond our expectations. Clemente(instructor), the
ship's captain and
the scuba assistant were AWESOME!!!!! The boat was very
well maintained
and having the bathroom on board was extremely pleasant.
We also enjoyed
the lunch that was served. It was nice to be able to eat
between dives on the
boat, rather than having to go to shore. We also enjoyed
spending time with
the German television crew who was on board your boat
filming a documentary
about Cozumel diving. We bragged to friends in the
airport about your service.
Unfortunately, some of our friends used other dive
operators and were sadly
disappointed with the services they received from them .
Once again, We will return to Cozumel many more times in
the future and we
have found a dive operator who we will return to again
and again.

Dear Suzanne and Tony,
Thank you very much for an excellent week of diving,
including my certification. You were both great fun
to dive with & also very good at your profession.
Also please pass on my thanks to Clemente (spelling?)
who was great, he made a special effort to keep an eye
out for me or to be my dive buddy, and made sure I was
able to experience as much as possible - I never
imagined I would be going to 80ft, with such
magnificent coral formations, then through coral
tunnels and swimming with and viewing such a multitude
of marine life (nurse shark, eels, turtles, giant
lobster & crab, a TOAD fish and thousands of other
fish). Thanks to your training & Clemente's efforts I
was able to make my air last until the end of the dive
each time, which was an especially great feeling when
some of the others had over 200dives as experience &
had to ascend early!

I wanted to send a thank-you note to the both of you. I
had a great time
on my trip. Tony thanks for all the diving information
you shared with me.
I felt a great improvement in my diving from the time I
arrived from the
time I left Cozumel. I hope your feeling better.
Suzanne, You were
right, the night dive was the coolest. I want to do more
night dives. I
was surprised how calming and the amount of visitable
you have on the night
dives. A lot of the people are surprised when I tell me
how light it looked.
(Even when my masked fogged over). Your crew was very
nice tell
them thanks from me.

Hello Tony: Just a note to let you know how much fun we
had with
you diving. A wonderful time was had by all..I really
need
a mexican salsa dance instructor!
The shore dive was quite an adventure...Bill had a
crippling
mussle spasm in his leg and had to be towed to
shore..... I am
glad that didn't happen on a 100' wall dive with a
overly strong
current..Just what is the best course of action if it
occurs at that depth?
Oh and we finally saw an octopus!
